Refund policy

Return

Customers will be able to return the item unused and in its original package within 14 days of purchase after notifying the Chamgoal customer support team at Support@chamgoal.com. No return will be accepted without a return authorization from Chamgoal.

Refund

The customer will be subject to the original and return shipping fee and receive a refund if the package is in the proper condition. The returning item may be subject to a restocking fee if the item or package is damaged. The customer will receive the refund within 2 business days after an agreement is reached or the returned product is received. 

After 14 days

If the product is not defective and the customer hasn't asked for a return after 14 days after the product arrives, Chamgoal will not accept any return at this point.

 

If the product is defective, Chamgoal will replace the defective parts or the product entirely within the warranty period.
