Baseball Net
Would the net work well on cement?
Yes, it is stable enough to work on cement with very minimal shake and movement.
Can you leave the net outside?
Setting up and taking down are pretty easy for this net. You can leave it outside but the sun,rain, and freeze will shorten the lifespan of the net.
Batting Cage
Why is there one less webbing straps than the FRP poles? For example, 4 webbing straps and 5 FRP poles for the 40 feet batting cage.
The backstop side of the batting cage doesn't need a webbing strap. The netting structure for the backstop side can hold by itself.
How do you enter/exit?
The net with the pitching machine cut out is partially removable. Players can enter and exit by unfastening the elastic hooks and loops on the side of the net.
What are the dimensions of the pitching machine cut out?
The size of the pitching machine cut out is 2 feet by 2 feet.

What is the handling time on the orders?

What is your return policy like?
We accept return within 14 days of the purchase of the products. We will refund the full amount if the product is defective. We will charge a restocking fee if you changed your mind about getting the product.
Warranty
What is your warranty offering?
We offer a one-year limited warranty. The frame, poles, metal and composite parts are covered for manufacturer defects only. Nets and carry bags are covered from manufacturer defects for 180 days from the date of purchase.
