We proudly offer a 1 year limited warranty on new products purchased through the Chamgoal official website and other online channels.

Chamgoal’s 1 year limited warranty coverage is as follows:

The frame, poles, metal and composite parts are covered for manufacturer defects only and does not offer coverage for damages as a result of normal wear and tear, lack of proper storage and maintenance, damage caused by the sun, wind, or rain.

Our products are designed to be portable and taken down after each use. Any signs of our products being left outside for extended periods of time will not be covered under this limited warranty.

Nets and carry bags are covered from manufacturer defects for 180 days from the date of purchase.
